Job Title: Customer Care Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze technical complaints of vehicles in the field and rectify defects.
  • Maintain and handle internet-based warranty and ensure implementation of service processes at channel partners.
  • Develop secondary channels for spare parts sales and provide training to service managers.
  • Work out special service support for strategic customers with channel partners and ensure execution of spare parts orders.
  • Guide channel partners for manpower, facilities, and equipment optimization and ensure profitability of workshops.
  • Manage service guarantee at the dealership and conduct monthly visits to ASCs to monitor performance.
  • Organize service camps on a monthly basis and visit customers to update M Response data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.
Experience:
  • 5 years and above of general experience.
