Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Post Service Feedback calls (PSF) and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up on periodic service appointments and maintain instant feedback reports.
- Engage in cold calling and campaign calls to promote services.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports on revenue and technicians.
- Provide timely and responsive support to customers and internal staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of hospitality industry practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
