- We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Innovation Food & Beverage Consultant.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information and features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of contact center experience.
- Education: Mix of graduate and undergraduate qualifications.
- Skills: Strong typing and oral communication skills, equivalent to US Versant cut-off 58-68.
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield). Note: Work from office only.
