Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at MANN+HUMMEL. As a key member of our Order to Cash team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Tasks
Operational Duties:- Receive and process complex customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints.
- Manage customer portals, create delivery notes, and validate price agreements.
- Monitor EDI orders, confirm order details, and manually enter orders.
- Manage order exceptions, send order confirmations, and handle returns.
- Track customer order delivery and issue credit notes as needed.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in order management and customer service. A degree in business administration, sales, or commerce is preferred, and 0-4 years of experience in the Order to Cash/Account Receivables/Credits and Collections/Order management/Customer service domain is required. Proficiency in SAP Financials (FICO) and MS Office is also necessary.
