Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Order Management and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at MANN+HUMMEL. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, customer support, and sales.
Main Tasks
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints. They will also maintain an ongoing relationship with customers and sales staff, using their knowledge of products, product availability, and sales territories to provide a key communications link to the customer.
The role will involve managing customer portals, creating delivery notes, validating price agreements, monitoring EDI orders, confirming order details, and manually entering orders. The candidate will also be responsible for managing order exceptions, sending order confirmations, managing returns, customer order delivery tracking, issuing credit notes, and price dispute management.
Customer Care
The Order Management and Customer Support Specialist will be required to answer customer questions regarding technical issues, forward customer requests to product management, forward complex topics and dispute cases to respective responsible functions, and analyze internal requests.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in business administration, sales, commerce, or any other relevant field. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 4 years of experience in Order to Cash/Account Receivables/Credits and Collections/Order management/Customer service domain. They will also have experience with SAP Financials (FICO-Mandatory) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
Experience in a Shared Service Centre environment, including ticketing tools and SLA KPIs, is an added advantage. The candidate should be flexible with shift timings and have experience in a 24x5 shift model. A service-oriented mindset and the ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions are essential for this role.
