  • Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
  • Provide business intelligence to stakeholders, including daily sales reports and process timelines.
  • Engage with customers across multiple platforms and provide solutions to business problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of customer service experience, with a focus on SAP order management.
  • Strong communication and language skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
