Customer Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at People First Consultants. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor to OTC operations, with a focus on order entry, order realignment, and payment follow-up.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Provide business intelligence to stakeholders, including daily sales reports and process timelines.
- Engage with customers across multiple platforms and provide solutions to business problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of customer service experience, with a focus on SAP order management.
- Strong communication and language skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
