  • Support the team during activities for new site rollouts, upgrades, and updates as needed.
  • Support Operations Management to ensure effective utilization of team resources.
  • Track, manage, and comply with KPIs, initiatives, and projects to meet and report SLAs.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
  • Work with the team to track, update, and report training and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate and participate in periodic audits as required for LMS operations.
  • Convert data into information and present via PPT for management reporting.
  • Understand and drive process, procedures, and standardization initiatives.
  • Track and report compliance, CSAT, escalations, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of working experience, with 5-7 years in managed services operations.
  • Excellent command over verbal and written English language.
  • Experience with ticketing and reporting tools.
  • Skilled in Excel, PPT, and information analysis.
  • Persistent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
