Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet customers' needs and provide seamless support.
  • Perform data entry tasks in various platforms to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Freshers are welcome, with Bengali being a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail is crucial for delivering high-quality results.
