Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Goalcryst India Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Job Description:
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate sales leads by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools, meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required.
- Foster strong communication with colleagues and management, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in any field, or equivalent experience.
- Diploma or PUC certification is an asset.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam languages is essential.
- Jayanagar 5th Block location preference is not mandatory, but proximity to this area would be ideal.
Benefits and Compensation:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
