
Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Specialist.
- This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including procurement and inventory management.
- The successful candidate will also be required to liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure seamless functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Maintaining accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts is a crucial aspect of this role.
- Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
- Precise documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital, must be maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Assist HR with onboarding, offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits.
- Supervise housekeeping to maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
