
Front Office Operations Coordinator

The Patient Service Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our healthcare clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, therapists, and staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front office operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the billing team by verifying insurance, handling billing, and authorizing sessions. Educate patients on their insurance benefits and collect co-pays.
- Manage patient appointments, arrange transportation, and coordinate with home care schedulers to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist clinic therapists, monitor patient evaluations, and track patient discharge lists. Proactively address patient no-shows and cancellations to maintain continuity of care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative and medical office roles, specifically with scheduling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic, AthenaHealth, or WebPT is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is a plus.
This position requires flexibility to work varying shifts including Monday to Thursday 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST and Friday 5:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
