Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Route guests on calls to the right employees at Accops.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes.
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Occasional extended hours during events or peak periods.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / email handling.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
