Front Office Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team in a front office role.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
- Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Manage the reception area ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Proven experience in a similar role is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Diploma/Degree and additional qualifications in office administration or related field are advantageous
