Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality start-up, you will be responsible for managing reservations across various channels, handling guest communication, and maintaining accurate data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations across OTAs, direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate data on PMS and OTA extranets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management.
