
Rural Market Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced relationship manager to join our team in Bihar. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with rural customers, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our Rural Unnati program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new customers in rural areas of Bihar
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase their engagement with our bank
- Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable products and services
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Rural Unnati program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of rural banking and local market conditions in Bihar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
