  • Develop and train junior staff into valuable sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Successful sales track record with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Market knowledge and understanding of local business trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
