Franchise Acquisition and Development Manager

The Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager role involves evaluating high-potential regions for franchise expansion, building relationships with competitor franchisees, conducting lead generation campaigns, and driving franchisee onboarding success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess business regions for franchise development opportunities

Establish strong networks with competitor franchisees and evaluate their offerings

Conduct targeted lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures

Drive timely business growth and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees

Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets

Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network

Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in franchise acquisition or channel sales with a strong understanding of the stock broking industry

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry
