
International Expansion Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned International Expansion Strategist to drive our growth in the global market. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international expansion strategy to promote our services globally.
- BUILD, MANAGE AND NURTURE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS.
- IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND EXPANSION IN DIFFERENT REGIONS.
- DRIVE SALES GROWTH BY GENERATING QUALIFIED LEADS AND CONVERTING THEM INTO CLIENTS THROUGH STRATEGIC ALLIANCES AND PARTNERSHIPS.
- REPRESENT THE COMPANY AT INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIRS, BUSINESS CONFERENCES, AND NETWORKING EVENTS TO PROMOTE OUR SERVICES AND BUILD CONNECTIONS.
- CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES, TARGET MARKETS, AND POTENTIAL INDUSTRIES FOR EXPANSION.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
- PROVIDE COUNTRY-SPECIFIC INSIGHTS ON REGULATIONS, MARKET ENTRY BARRIERS, AND PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL MARKETING AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO ALIGN SALES INITIATIVES WITH COMPANY OBJECTIVES.
- REGULARLY REPORT ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS, MARKET INSIGHTS, AND SALES PERFORMANCE TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong international network, excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices, as well as exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field, and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
