Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for planning and developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. This includes creating and executing cross-channel marketing plans, managing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, measuring campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage client expectations, collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Train subordinates in digital marketing skills and strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, CRO, and e-commerce.
  • Creative skills to guide design and content teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of web analytics, marketing automation tools, and the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Proficiency in marketing research and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other development platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
