Sr Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid advertising strategies on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to reach target audiences and maximize ROI
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Create compelling ad copies and visuals that align with brand messaging and drive engagement
  • Optimize ad campaigns regularly to improve performance and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to inform future marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to leverage new features and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on paid advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
