We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on driving performance and sales-led campaigns to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include planning, running, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as setting up and maintaining accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a data-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance goals effectively.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain effective campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with GTM, Shopping Ads, and campaign reporting.
