Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Creative Director in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Expertise in content creation, storytelling, and campaign strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, digital marketing basics, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills, inspiring, mentoring, and guiding a diverse creative team.
