Analytics Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled digital analytics expert to drive data-driven decision-making by implementing, managing, and optimizing tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and manage Google Tag Manager and related tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to define tracking requirements for websites, mobile apps, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards and automated reports in Google Data Studio or other BI tools.
  • Monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot tagging implementation issues, and ensure proper governance of analytics data.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support A/B testing, personalization efforts, and attribution modeling.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital analytics trends, GDPR, CCPA, and emerging tools and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably with Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and campaign tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social, display.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
