Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in promoting international markets as attractive investment destinations. As an Engagement Manager, you will engage with CXO-level leadership of Indian companies and conglomerates, understand their global expansion objectives, and facilitate investment attraction in coordination with international economic development agencies.

  • You will be responsible for identifying potential Indian corporates and conglomerates interested in overseas investment and expansion, and engaging with C-suite executives to promote international geographies for their business growth.
  • Drive lead generation and corporate outreach programs on behalf of international EDAs across multiple sectors and regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this high-visibility strategic role, you must have:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or related disciplines.
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, investment promotion, international trade advisory, or market entry consulting.
  • Strong ability to sell a country/region as an investment destination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of FDI drivers, global trade, and cross-border investment trends.
  • Experience in managing corporate outreach, roadshows, and delegation visits.
