Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

A performance marketing specialist is required to drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind growth initiatives.

The role involves strategizing, planning, and executing paid campaigns across various digital platforms to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies to drive business growth.
  • Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Leverage A/B testing to discover breakthrough campaigns and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Confident in taking ownership – from setting strategy to leading execution.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction.
