Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our search engine optimization and marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee social media strategy and manage online presence.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's website(s) for improved user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Create high-quality, optimized content for the website and social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow, providing regular internal reports on key performance indicators.
  • Continuously work on improving Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s).
  • Identify and fix errors or bugs in online content.
  • Edit and post video, podcast, and audio content online.
  • Arrange webinars and webcasts.
  • Design and manage online banner ads and oversee pay-per-click (PPC) ad management.
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in mobile marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM, with a minimum of 1-3 years in the field.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
