About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to drive paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and revenue growth.
  • Create ad copies, extensions, and creative assets to enhance Click-Through Rate (CTR) and conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights for clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling Ecommerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Apart from the requirements, having the following skills will be an added advantage:

  • Google Ads & Analytics Certification.
  • Experience in remarketing funnels & dynamic product ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
