Job Description:

As a Digital Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth at speed by identifying high-impact opportunities, experimenting quickly, and optimizing for results. You will work across multiple brands, harnessing digital channels to build momentum, attract attention, and generate quality leads. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization to drive business outcomes.
  • Prioritize Speed-to-Experimentation: Focus on velocity-to-impact initiatives to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Build Systems and Workflows: Design and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels, freeing up time for higher-value strategic and creative work.
  • Collaborate with Agencies and Partners: Work with external partners to hold them accountable to real business outcomes.
  • Surface Insights and Translate Data: Use reporting to surface insights and translate data into smart, actionable recommendations.
