About the Role:

We're on a mission to empower traders with AI-driven decision-making tools. As our Expansion Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of growing our user base and driving adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an integral part of our online presence by establishing strong relationships within trading communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Drive user acquisition through personalized outreach, demos, and strategic partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms.
  • Create engaging community spaces for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Design and execute growth experiments to optimize acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Owning user acquisition and activation targets, ensuring we meet our business objectives.

About You:

  • You possess a deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem or can quickly acquire it.
  • You're comfortable navigating online communities and are an active participant.
  • You're resilient, handling rejection professionally and persisting in your efforts.
  • You're action-oriented, favoring swift experimentation over meticulous planning.
  • You're data-driven, relying on metrics to inform your decisions.
  • You're a skilled communicator, able to break down complex products into digestible explanations.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in user acquisition, backed by measurable results.
  • Experience in building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members).
  • Comfortable engaging both digitally and in-person.
  • Skilled in conducting effective product demonstrations.
  • An analytical mindset, with expertise in growth metrics.
