Job Title: Sponsorship Lead

This is a challenging role that requires strategic thinking and exceptional negotiation skills to secure partnerships with high-profile brands.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales, while ensuring repeat business and building strong relationships with sponsors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates, as well as a proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the sponsorship strategy for live events.
  • Identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.
  • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.
  • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events &experiential industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
