Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to spearhead the establishment of a new business venture as our Business Program Manager.

The ideal candidate will serve as a shadow to the business head, immersed in various business functions, and responsible for synchronizing all aspects to create a cohesive whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Management: Oversee all business data, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Business Execution Ownership: Take ownership of on-ground business execution with the business head, encompassing field work and driving business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business functions and leadership, working closely with every function to resolve problems with support from management.
  • Process Development and Optimization: Create standard operating procedures for the business and individual functions, leveraging internal tech/third-party SaaS solutions to productize business operations.
  • New Market Launches: Play a key role in new market launches, serving as the lead for on-ground operations during the initial launch period.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably a top-tier university, and an MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of work experience, with a background in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and building new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
