GenX24 is a fast-growing marketing agency helping businesses accelerate growth through performance-driven strategies. We provide end-to-end solutions including Social Media Marketing, Branding, Web Development, Content Creation, Video Editing, AI Automation, and Digital Marketing services. We are now looking for a sharp, ambitious, and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive client acquisition.
Role Description
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present GenX24's services as solutions.
• Conduct cold calls, cold DMs, and email marketing campaigns to reach new prospects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Lead negotiations, handle objections, and successfully close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Report sales activities, pipeline progress, and results to the management team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in a marketing or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Branding, Content Creation, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Sharp, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
