Strategic Business Growth Manager

The Strategic Business Growth Manager role is pivotal for driving new client acquisition, expanding client portfolios, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on expanding the client portfolio across target industries including BFSI FMCG sports nutrition and F&B.
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong lasting relationships with clients ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
  • Market Analysis & Insight: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities trends and threats providing actionable insights to shape business development strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy creative and account management teams to deliver customized high-impact solutions for clients that align with their brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitching & Conversions: Lead end-to-end pitching processes from proposal creation to presentations ensuring effective conversion of leads into new business.
  • Project Leadership: Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a business development or growth role ideally in the advertising or marketing industry with a strong track record of securing new clients and driving revenue.
  • Skill Set: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills Proven ability to create and execute business development strategies Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships Knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
