About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Insights Director to lead our analytics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead a team of analysts in designing and executing complex data projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related roles.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the digital marketing industry is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing analytics teams and delivering high-impact projects.
Technical Expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical techniques.
  • Strong experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
