Brand Leadership and Communication Director


Job Description:

The Brand Leadership and Communication Director will be responsible for spearheading the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive brand strategy that effectively communicates our institution's mission, values, and unique selling proposition.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy and Management
    • Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with our institutional goals, objectives, and values.
    • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels, including digital, print, events, and media relations.
    • Build brand awareness and equity within the education ecosystem through strategic marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Public Relations and Media Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry bodies to secure positive coverage and build our reputation.
    • Draft high-quality press releases, articles, speeches, and other written content for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Manage media coverage, crisis communication, and institutional reputation through proactive and reactive strategies.
  • Digital and Social Media Presence
    • Develop and implement a digital and social media strategy that drives brand presence, engagement, and conversion on various platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and others.
    • Oversee content creation, storytelling, and digital campaign execution to enhance our online reputation and visibility.
    • Leverage analytics and data insights to inform and optimize our digital and social media efforts.
  • Events and Outreach
    • Organize and execute branding events, education fairs, conferences, community outreach programs, and other initiatives that promote our institution's visibility and reputation.
    • Ensure institutional representation at national and international forums, trade shows, and other events.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that engage and inform our stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and donors.
    • Collaborate with academic, research, and admissions teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of our brand message.
