
Senior Business Development Executive

This is a leadership role that oversees the execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving growth, fostering collaboration, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business plans into actionable campaigns and sales motions.
- Lead offline expansion and demand generation efforts through multi-channel campaigns.
- Build referral partnerships with key stakeholders to drive sales pipeline growth.
- Execute digital performance campaigns to deliver target benchmarks.
- Optimize landing pages and nurturing flows to improve traffic-to-lead ratio and conversion rate.
- Develop sales enablement materials and expand corporate partnerships to drive lead volume and referral pipeline contribution.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement brand visibility and community engagement strategies to strengthen brand recall and achieve engagement benchmarks.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institution (optional).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to differentiate between execution-focused tasks and insight-driven/discovery tasks.
- Excellent team player with collaboration and leadership skills.
