Business Operations Associate Director

This is a leadership role that oversees the execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving growth, fostering collaboration, and ensuring seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business plans into actionable campaigns and sales motions.
  • Lead offline expansion and demand generation efforts through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Build referral partnerships with key stakeholders to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Execute digital performance campaigns to deliver target benchmarks.
  • Optimize landing pages and nurturing flows to improve traffic-to-lead ratio and conversion rate.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and expand corporate partnerships to drive lead volume and referral pipeline contribution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement brand visibility and community engagement strategies to strengthen brand recall and achieve engagement benchmarks.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institution (optional).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to differentiate between execution-focused tasks and insight-driven/discovery tasks.
  • Excellent team player with collaboration and leadership skills.
