Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless execution of bookings.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Customize solutions based on client needs.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure efficient execution of client requests.
Revenue & Strategy:Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business decisions.
Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Marketing & Promotions:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for clients.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Coordinate sales initiatives with other departments, including catering, events, and front office.
