Job Title:

Business Growth Strategist

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal business teams and provide guidance.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the IT services domain.

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the IT domain.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of driving the sales process.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong, client relationships.
  • Ability to manage internal business teams and foster collaborative efforts.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and other departments during product/service development.
  • A strong understanding of the IT services landscape and current industry trends.
