About the Opportunity:

The Senior Manager of New Business & Growth is a pivotal role that drives new client acquisition, expands client portfolios, and fuels business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

This position focuses on spearheading efforts to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and enhance market presence.

  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding the client portfolio across target industries.
  • Strategic Growth Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Client Partnership Development: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions for clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Skill Set: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Educational Background: Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, for effective client presentations.
  • Leadership: Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
