About the Role:We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Manager to lead our key client relationships. This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to form and maintain strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage 5-10 high-profile client accounts, fostering strong executive relationships at the country level.
- Oversee communication between clients and internal stakeholders, staying informed about client needs, vision, IT roadmaps, and potential deviations.
- Promote partnership growth, revenue expansion, and new business opportunities by pitching relevant services to clients.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging markets through strategic planning, tracking delivery timelines, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Present quarterly reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for a software company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, strong negotiation abilities, and data analysis expertise.
