Strategic Growth Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Growth Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Growth Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of solutions for our clients. You will act as a strategic partner, working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive end-to-end execution. Your focus will be on delivering value through effective project management, clear communication, and alignment with customer goals—ensuring a seamless transition and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with our product solutions to drive their success. Travel to Client locations would be a key element towards building this relationship.

  • Prepare detailed BRD for implementation:

You will work closely with clients and pre-sales teams to detail the solutioning and prepare clear BRD which explain the process and system workflow and exception scenarios.

  • Custome Success Management:

You will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the client's goals are met.

  • Lead Implementation project for client

You will drive implementation project for system by collaboratively working with client, pre-sales team and product team. Lead efforts to drive project management best practices so as to ensure we are delivering the project in an agreed timeline with agreed resources and ensuring scope is closely monitored.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

You will leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements or changes based on the analysis.

  • Customer Training & Enablement:

You will provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Infant Care & handover to support:

You will manage infant care, close all points by working with product and support team.Create customer SOP for processes that can be used by client and internally by support. Work with the support team to handover the project to Support and KAM.

  • Customer Feedback Loop:

You will act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.

Requirements:

  • Good first principle thinker
  • Understanding of supply chain principals and operations in detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company
  • Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
