Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Strategic Marketing and Growth to spearhead our global marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and accelerates pipeline growth.
  • Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain our market presence through thought leadership, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of multi-channel demand generation programs, leveraging SEO, SEM, ABM, digital advertising, and marketing automation.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:
  • Pipeline Growth: Drive multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel pipeline growth and revenue acceleration across global locations.
  • Lead Acquisition: Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies through data-driven tactics, ensuring a high-quality MQL-to-SQL pipeline.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, industry reports, and blogs that establish our authority in workforce solutions.
Customer & Partner Marketing:
  • Customer Advocacy: Build customer advocacy programs to leverage client success stories and testimonials in marketing efforts.
  • Partner Engagement: Develop co-marketing initiatives with VMS, MSP, and HR Tech ecosystem partners to expand market reach.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
  • Key Performance Indicators: Define and track key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, MQL conversion rates, and brand engagement metrics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to drive campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
