Job Title Business Head - Digital MarketingLocation Madurai Tamil NaduJob Objective The Business Head will be responsible for scaling up Adinn Digitals marketing services to the next level by implementing process automation building a highly efficient and skilled team and driving the department to achieve a target of Rs 20 Lakhs per month in revenue The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing leadership a strong business acumen and a proven track record in scaling digital businesses Key Responsibilities 1 Lead and manage the digital marketing department to meet and exceed revenue goals of Rs 20 Lakhs per month 2 Develop and implement automation processes across all digital marketing operations including sales execution and reporting 3 Formulate effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth including SEO SEM social media and content marketing 4 Build mentor and manage a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement 5 Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing ROI 6 Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring client satisfaction and business retention 7 Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to grow the business further 8 Stay updated with the latest trends tools and technologies in digital marketing to keep Adinn Digital at the forefront of innovation Required Qualifications and Skills 1 Proven experience in a leadership role in digital marketing preferably as a Business Head or similar 2 Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and trends 3 Ability to scale digital marketing operations with a focus on process automation and efficiency 4 Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets in a competitive market 5 Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills 6 Strong business acumen and strategic thinking 7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously 8 Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field A masters degree is preferred 9 Experience Above 8 yearsSalary Ranges from 10 to 12 LPA
