Protection and Annuity Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Protection and Annuity Business Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new business, and closing protection and annuity sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential customers who can benefit from our protection and annuity products.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with cluster heads and staff to increase mindshare and promote our products.
  • Work Site Activities: Participate in work site activities such as setting up stalls and making presentations to corporate clients.
  • Closing Sales: Effectively close sales and follow up on issuance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Awareness: Increase bank customers' awareness of life insurance solutions and achieve targeted penetration on annuity and protection.

Measures of Success:

  • Adjusted MFYP (Modal First Year Premium): Monitor and optimize the adjusted modal first year premium to ensure business growth.
  • Number of Policies: Track and improve the number of policies sold to meet business targets.
  • Business Leakage: Identify and mitigate business leakage including cancellations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of insurance experience.
  • Skills: Good communication skills in English and regional language, and preferably own conveyance.
  • Age: 21-28 years.
