Business Development Head - Prime Home Loans

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business development leader to drive the growth and success of our prime home loan products.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic plans, leading product development, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans for prime home loans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for prime home loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the housing finance landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer preferences. They will also have excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to champion a customer-centric approach to product design and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a prestigious institution.

Demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on Prime Home Loans.
