We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to support our growth initiatives in the HR staffing and recruitment industry.
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify prospective clients (HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers) across target industries.
- Assist in outreach campaigns (emails, calls) to generate new business leads.
- Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data.
- Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
- Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset.
