Job Title: Proposal Specialist

A sought-after Proposal Specialist is required to deliver high-quality proposals for US Federal government contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, Bid Management, Capture management, and dealing with complex contracting environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and manage winning proposals for major US Federal government projects

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales collateral and tailored sales plans
  • • Assist in lead generation and bid strategy development

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT services or staffing
  • Understanding of US Federal government and state-level contracting
  • Expertise in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and the entire sales life cycle
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
