This role involves identifying new businessopportunities, building client relationships, and working closely with internal recruitment anddelivery teams to fulfill client demands.If you're someone who can hunt for new clients, pitch staffing solutions, and close deals indomestic and international markets.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT staffing servicesUnderstand client staffing needs and propose tailored resource augmentation solutionsCoordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely deliveryBuild strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfactionMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsPrepare proposals, rate cards, and negotiate contractsRequired Skills & Experience:2–3 years of experience in IT staffing / staff augmentation salesProven track record in generating leads and closing B2 B dealsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExperience in selling to clients in India and/or international markets.
