**Job Title:** Business Development Professional

**Job Description:

As a seasoned Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new leads, and driving business growth through effective tele-calling and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound tele-calling to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships with clients.
  • Clearly communicate company products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, tracking interactions and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into opportunities, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare detailed reports on calls, leads, and conversions, analyzing data to inform future business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance, or equivalent experience in business development and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi, and the ability to adapt to regional languages as needed.
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office, with excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • A positive attitude and customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
