Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should meet all the combined care doctors in the respective allocated region every month.

  • Should update product knowledge in regular.

  • Should maintain minimum 12 visit per day.

  • Should coordinate with combined care doctors for their patient admission till discharge

  • Should coordinate with our in-house consultant to give patient feedback to the respective combined care doctor.

  • Should record all the field visit in the AGILE FIELD FORCE application.

  • Should Maintain the combined care doctors referred patient list for future reference and tracking.

  • Should maintain the call tracker report and it should be updated on daily basis.

  • Responsible for any general credit given against combined care doctors referral.

  • Should maintain field visit planner vs actual report in regular.

  • Should promote our key departments among combined care doctors.

  • Should promote our consultant profile among combined care doctors.

  • Should report everyday field visit update to the respective reporting Manager.

  • Should promote our Hospital Brand in all possible ways.

  • Should keep updates to the Department HOD on daily basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in [industry-specific area: IT, healthcare, real estate, etc.].
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
